1.2 Function introduction: The PBTS protection board test system is divided into two types: quick test and accurate test
Accurate test: It can accurately detect the exact value of various functional parameters of the power battery protection board (error is 5mv), which is convenient for sample debugging and development, and provides a set of standards for rapid testing for R&D personnel.
Quick test: According to the design parameters of the protection board, set the test parameters to conduct a rapid test, which is convenient for the protection board manufacturers and power battery manufacturers to quickly test and ship products on a large scale. At the same time, it is suitable for the protection board testing of various hardware solutions and some software solutions.
Main performance of test equipment
2.1 Routine test items: internal resistance test, overcharge and overdischarge test, overcharge recovery and overdischarge recovery test, overcurrent test (charge overcurrent and discharge overcurrent), overcharge protection voltage, overcharge recovery voltage, overdischarge protection voltage, Over-discharge recovery voltage, over-current protection, etc.
2.2 Unique test items:
Short circuit protection test (referring to the real short circuit protection test microsecond level).
Single-section self-consumption test (referring to the real and accurate self-consumption of each section).
Balance current and balance voltage (can accurately capture balance current and balance turn-on voltage).
2.3 Types of protection boards that support testing:

3.2 Voltage module: The voltage range is 0.5-5V, the programmable output is 0.5-5V, and the voltage accuracy is 5mV.
3.3 Short-circuit module: super capacitor, fully simulate the voltage of pack battery, short-circuit the protection board in an instant, and accurately capture the short-circuit time and current.
