working principle
The laboratory three-roll grinder consists of three rollers, which are mounted on a frame and directly driven by a motor. Generally, the direction of rotation between the rollers is different, the front roller rotates forward and the middle roller rotates backward. The rotation speed of the rollers is fast at the front and slow at the back. The middle roller is fixed, the front and rear rollers are installed on the slideway, and there is a spring device. The distance between the front and rear rollers and the middle roller is adjusted by handwheel. The material enters between the back roller and the middle roller, is squeezed by the roller, and the product particles become finer, and then taken out by the fast roller. The end of the fast roller is equipped with a scraper to separate the material from the roller and fall into the collection bucket.
