All models feather compact designing, easy and safe operation, stable pressure and high durability Primary applications include materials engineering, biomass, powder processing, and mechanical engineering.  The technical descriptions are summarized in Table 1.  Please read this manual carefully before actually use the machine.

Product Structure

Each model consists mainly of steel frame and hydraulic pumping system as show in the picture below，When  pressing,  discharge  valve  has  to  be  closed  (Note:  twist  the  handle,  clockwise-closing, anti-clockwise-opening). Swing handle 20, the oil is pumped out of the oil container 12, through one-way valve 25 and 14, finally to oil cylinder 19, and produce pressure.  The pressure is read by gauge 21. To discharge, open valve 14, oil flow back to container 12 and pressure disappears. Every model comes with all accessories and is ready to use. Safety enclosure are available as option.
