IntroductionThis equipment is equipped with a slot die, a precision metering feeding system and a feeding valve body to realize the application in the coating process of the positive and negative pole pieces of the lithium battery. It is a slit extrusion coating application. A device for non-contact coating of substrates by cloth die. It is also suitable for the coating process of some other types of slurries and substrates. The equipment has high coating accuracy, good consistency and stability, and can be used in lithium-ion batteries, FCCL, optical films, high-end tapes and various functional film industries. It is suitable for laboratories or sample lines for product process exploration .
